Q. What’s the difference between the Free plan and Premium?

Q. How do I purchase Premium?

Open Settings → Premium plan in the app and choose either the monthly or annual subscription. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account and managed by Apple.

Q. Can I use Premium on another device?

Yes — as long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID, tap Settings → Restore purchase to enable Premium on the new device. There’s no extra charge.

Q. I switched phones and Premium stopped working

Tap Settings → Restore purchase. As long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID, your subscription will be restored at no cost.

Q. What happens when my subscription ends?

You’re automatically returned to the Free plan. Your existing data (care history, wellness check-ins) is preserved — you’ll just be limited to viewing the last 7 days and 2 sessions per day. Resubscribing removes the limits again.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellations are managed through Apple ID, not the app:

iPhone Settings → your Apple ID (top of the page) → Subscriptions → Unkink → Cancel Subscription

You’ll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

Q. I’m not receiving notifications

Please check the following in order:

  1. In the app: Settings → Notifications → “Receive daily reminders” is ON
  2. In iOS: Settings → Notifications → Unkink allows notifications
  3. Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking notifications
  4. The reminder time isn’t already in the past today (next fire is tomorrow)

Q. I felt pain during a routine

Stop immediately. This app is not a medical device or treatment. If you experience pain or discomfort, please consult a healthcare professional.

Q. Can you add new routines / I have a feature request

We’d love to hear from you. Please reach out via the contact email above and let us know your symptom, preferred duration, and the situation in which you’d like to use the app. We’ll consider it for future updates.

Q. Can I move my history to another device?

Not in the current version — there’s no user account or sync feature. We’re considering adding sync in a future release.

Q. Where is my data stored?

Care history, wellness check-ins, and your settings are stored entirely on your device. We do not send this data to any server. Uninstalling the app deletes your data.

We do collect anonymous usage statistics (which routine you started, completion rate, crashes) via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve quality. None of this data identifies you personally. See the Privacy Policy for details.
