These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the iPhone application “Unkink” (the “App”) provided by Moeki Kozawa (the “Developer”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all use of the App by the User.
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The User may not transfer, lend, or redistribute the App to any third party.
When using the App, the User must NOT:
The App offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Each plan’s price and details are displayed in the App’s paywall screen.
The Free plan limits Users to 2 care sessions per day and 7 days of history. The Premium plan removes these limits and unlocks Premium-only routines.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are billed to the User’s Apple ID account within 24 hours before the period ends.
The User can turn off auto-renewal at any time from Apple ID account settings (iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for subscriptions follow Apple’s policy. Please request refunds via Apple support: reportaproblem.apple.com. The Developer cannot process refunds independently.
When the subscription ends, the User automatically returns to the Free plan with the 2-sessions-per-day and 7-day history limits. Existing data (care history, wellness check-ins) is not deleted; entries from the last 7 days remain viewable and editable.
The Developer may change subscription prices as needed. Price changes will be notified to Users in advance and require User consent in accordance with Apple’s guidelines.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App and its contents (source code, design, text, images, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Developer or the respective rightful owners.
Data handling is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation.
The App does not provide medical services. The care routines provided by the App are general light exercises intended to ease mild stiffness and discomfort associated with desk work — they are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition.
If you feel pain or discomfort during a routine, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional if needed. If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before using the App.
The Developer is not liable for any physical or mental discomfort the User may experience as a result of using the App.
Because data is stored on the User’s device, it may be lost due to device failure, loss, OS updates, or other reasons. The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from such data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
The Developer may suspend or terminate the service temporarily or permanently without prior notice in the following cases:
The Developer may update these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Updated Terms become effective when posted here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
